Our aim is to have your order picked and packed within 24 hours from the time we receive your order. Orders received during the weekend will be packed on Monday.
CourierPost are our main delivery partner. All deliveries are tracked and traced with tracking links, most orders typically arrives to industrial/residential areas overnight once it is picked up by the courier driver. (North Island and non rural only)
example: If courier driver picks up the goods on Tuesday, it should arrive Wednesday afternoon.
There are NO deliveries made during the weekends, all deliveries will only arrive during business working hours Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm.
