Click and Collect Process

Step 1
Shop online as usual and add your products to cart.

 Step 2

During checkout, select 'Pick Up' as your delivery method. Make sure you are not auto logged in or have saved cookies from your last order. Because this will automatically fill in your delivery address and the "Pick Up" option will not be available. 

Step 3
You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection. (orders are usually ready within 48hours) or email us if you need it sooner.

 Step 4

Once you've receive confirmation by email that your order is ready for collection, Head over to our store and bring with you, your order number (on your Phone is fine) and a valid New Zealand ID. The ID must match the name used to make the purchase. NO one but the ID holder can pick up the goods. Pick up times are from 11.00am - 4.30pm Mon - Fri. DO NOT come earlier then 11.00am. No ID, No pick up.

Ring our store on 09 263 7956 and we'll meet you at the Event Cinemas Entrance. We'll bring your order out for you. Please remember to wear a mask.

 Step 5

Upon receiving your order, please do check that all items you have ordered are in the bag.
